We invite you to join us as an exhibitor at the 40th Annual Prairie Preview on Wednesday, May 14 from 4:30-7 p.m. at the Iowa Memorial Union International Ballroom. Last year, nearly 300 people attended, making it a fantastic opportunity to connect with the community! This year, we are once again dedicating the entire event to community building and networking, without a keynote speaker, to foster meaningful conversations and engagement. Exhibitor Details: Each exhibitor will receive one table and two chairs. Setup time is 3-4:20 p.m. on the day of the event. Exhibits must be set up no later than 4:20 p.m. If you have special requests, you can indicate them during registration. No sales are allowed at the event. Registration Fees Nonprofits: $25 Academic/Municipality/Business: $50 These fees help us keep the event free for the public. Registration and payments must be received no later than March 20 to reserve your spot. Please submit ONE registration per organization.
