Celebrate Pride Month with Bur Oak Land Trust! Join Education Coordinator Amanda Stallman, a member of the LGBTQ+ community, for a guided 1.25-mile hike on one of Bur Oak’s most beautiful preserves! Explore nature on this casual and welcoming hike while learning about the often-overlooked history of LGBTQ+ individuals who have shaped the conservation movement. All identities and allies are welcome! Trails are maintained but also include natural tripping hazards and may be muddy this time of year. The hiking route may also include hills that are steep.
