Join Bur Oak Land Trust at Wilson's Ciderhouse and Venue for Golden Hour, a special dinner fundraiser to celebrate the land trust's conservation wins and unveil new and expanded projects for 2026. Doors for cocktail hour are at 5:15 p.m. followed by dinner at 6 p.m. The program will feature special guest Iowa Public Radio host Charity Nebbe in conversation with Executive Director Jason Taylor about the latest conservation news and Bur Oak's goal to expand one of its most biologically diverse preserves. Each ticket includes appetizers, plated dinner of your choice with salad and side of bread, your choice of wine during dinner and apple or cherry pie for dessert. This is Bur Oak's sole ticketed event of the year to raise funds for our mission of preserving land, promoting biodiversity, and connecting people to nature. Golden Hour is generously presented by Dr. Suzanne Stock, Orthodontist, along with supporting sponsorship from MidWestOne Bank.
